Driver Requirements:

21+ years old
Valid driver's license
12 months of verifiable experience utilizing a Class A CDL
No more than 1 moving violation within past 12 months
No more than 3 moving violation within past 36 months
Must pass a DOT physical

Take more money home. Mileage-based company drivers and revenue-based independent contractors receive a $10,000 longevity incentive for every increment of 60 months of uninterrupted service. (This excludes owner-operators.)

Local and regional drivers can earn $55,000 to $85,000 per year.
OTR drivers can earn $55,000 to $160,000 per year.
