Phase 1 | CDL Prep (Strafford, MO)

Get Started in Just a Few Weeks

Train at our Strafford, Missouri terminal for approximately 5 days with our certified training team.
You’ll learn the ELDT fundamentals required by FMCSA and prepare to pass your CDL exam.

After completing your 5 days, you’ll be assigned to a certified instructor who will help you pass your Missouri CDL road test within 14–21 days.

Phase 2 | Paid Training ($900/Week Guaranteed)

Once you earn your CDL, you’ll hit the road with a certified trainer.

Guaranteed $900 per week
Complete 30,000 miles of real-world experience
Learn trip planning, safety, and daily operations
Build confidence behind the wheel

This is where you turn knowledge into real skill—and start earning immediately.

Phase 3 | Solo Qualification

Operate your trainer’s truck solo for one week.

After the completion of your solo week, you will be assigned your own truck.

Deliver on time
Stay accident- and violation-free
Complete this phase, and you’ve officially graduated.
You can earn between $75,000 and $125,000 your first year as a solo or team operator.

What's A CDL Permit?

Before You Train, Get Your CLP

A commercial learner’s permit (CLP) lets you practice driving with a CDL holder beside you. You must have a permit before you can begin CDL training.

Obtain your state’s CDL manual online or at your local DMV office.
Study the general knowledge, combination, and air brakes portions.
Pass the written permit test.
Get your Class A permit!

Do You Qualify?

Driver Apprentice Requirements

21+ years old
Valid driver’s license for past 12 months
No more than 1 moving violation within past 12 months
No more than 3 moving violation within past 36 months
Must pass a DOT physical
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Must adhere to FMCSA regulations
