Making Leasing Work for You

Our unique, mileage-based lease program lets you decide how quickly you complete your lease. You have the chance to walk away at any time or stick with it and earn a lease completion incentive. You can also have a lease payment forgiven one time per year.

  • No Pressure Commitment:  We don’t ask for deposits or credit checks. You can walk away at any time with no extra charges.
  • Equipment Warranty: The extended warranty coverage exceeds your lease completion mileage.
  • Flexible Lease Length: Our 395,000-odometer-miles lease lets you choose how fast you complete your lease. 
  • Lease Completion Incentive:  Get paid for finishing your lease. You can earn approximately $14,000 to $30,000 in lease completion incentives.

What’s In It For You?

Wilson independent contractors earn 70% of each load and 100% of the fuel surcharge. We pass along all program discounts to you!

  • $10,000 Longevity Incentive: Dedication matters. Earn a $10,000 bonus after 60 months of uninterrupted service and every 60 months after.
  • Maintenance & Fuel Discounts: Independent Contractors receive 100% of the fuel surcharge.
  • Friendly Pet Policy: Hit the open road with up to two pets at any time. Dogs, cats, or even birds are welcomed to join you on your routes.
  • Rider Policy: Bring a friend or family member along for the ride. You must obtain a passenger authorization form per Department of Transportation regulations. You can have no more than one passenger at a time and no passengers under the age of 10.
  • Extra Earning Power: After 6 months of safe driving (no tickets or accidents), you may qualify to become a Wilson Logistics Trainer, earning over $3,500 per week!
